Delivery on web orders for Ireland is free on all orders over €75 (excluding vat). Our standard delivery charge is €8 (excluding vat).
We offer a free local delivery service to Eircodes H91,H54 ,H65,H53,H71,H62 with a minimum spend of €50 (excluding vat) per delivery. Please enter your Eircode to check can you avail of this option.
Orders are dispatched daily with DPD and Lynx Transport. Orders will take between 1-3 days to complete. If there is a discrepancy with our stocks you will be contacted and issued a full refund. Once your order has 1been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notice and tracking number.
Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next working day.
Appliance Delivery
All prices displayed online are delivery only. Installation, unpacking and positioning can be arranged please call or email for a quotation. Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be 'Kerb Side' made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer's responsibility. Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning, or assembling items.
Stock Levels
Our stock levels are live and are taken hourly from our Galway cash & carry store. If something is displayed as in stock 99% of the time this should be the case if there is a discrepancy with our stocks you will be contacted and issued a full refund. If you require larger quantities than what is displaying in stock please email info@tommyvarden.ie and we will advise of the current lead time.
Please make sure all deliveries are checked for damage before signing for them. Claims made for a damaged delivery will not be entertained if not noted with the delivery driver.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect available from our Galway City store. Simply choose the option at checkout, and you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please wait for the notification before arriving at the store.
